We had a superb night here, everything I tried was exquisite, the food was amazing, the drink superb. We were given great service. There was a group of 10 of us and everyone left looking forward to the next visit.

Went to Zuma in knightsbridge on the 04/01/2020 and the food was incredible as always, the one fault I find it is always fully book so please book in advance. You can turn up if you are prepared to wait for a while.

Food is very good. There is delay in service- for the price that you are paying you would expect quicker service

Great food. I mean really good. However the ambience, enviroment and layout of the restaurant doesn't really justify the high price. We attended for a special occasion and I was a little disappointed. We went for the tasting menu which was excellent but drinks are not part of it which I think isnt good. There should at least be an option where you pay extra for drinks that have been matched to the food. The dessert was diabolical, a few ice cream scoops, small chocolate cake and some fruit?! For 126 each I expected something that tasted and looked amazing. Some of the food was just dropped on the table without an explanation as the staff didn't know what it was. The place just doesn't have the wow factor like the food or cocktails. It felt overcrowded and congested. There wasn't really any privacy or dim lighting. Would I recommend it, probably not. You could pay a little extra (or less) and be blown away by better places in London.

I thoroughly enjoyed every little dish I ate; I wanted to try a variety of things so I got a few small plates and a dessert. I always love a california roll and this one was good, as were the beef skewers. The standout item from the three however were the sweet potatoes, the sauce elevated the dish. The dessert was FANTASTIC and was my favourite out of everything I had! All the elements worked perfectly together!

This place ticks all the boxes: ambience, excellent food, style, awesome staff. Probably best enjoyed for dinners as it really feels the perfect dream home. Do book ahead not to be disappointed..

Love the place been there many time with clients for business dinners, but tonight i was very disappointed by the service which was to my surprise very slow starters were coming one by one not at the same time and we all had to wait for our main course for a long period of time.

Great ambiance, delicious food (the wagyu beef is out of this world) and desserts.Service was ok. We were seated very late and were essentially asked to leave at the end of the night when we barely finished. I'm hoping that was a one off incident

If you’re bored one evening go and sit at the bar and watch the Louboutin girls work the men to a poor death. It’s hysterical. The staff are oh so serious and the food is so so. But that’s not the reason to visit, it’s the caricature of a pick up bar that you’ll enjoy while wondering why nobody else is laughing out loud at all the nonsense.Interestingly Zuma at the Epic in Miami is absolutely spot on which makes me wonder who runs this place and why?

Super busy as always... as expected.Super busy, no bookings in same week mostly..however, good sushi, good ambience, if the weather allows it.. one may consider seating themselves outside if there is no space inside... but.. they do not serve certain Sushis outside.Go early to avoid disappointment if you are walking in without a reservation. Expect to wait, even on weekdays.

I would strongly recommend trying the Black Cod here. It is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and pre drinks at the bar is also quite nice, I would happily recommend.

Impressive: better than Nobu, good array of dishes, black cod and tempura prawns along with lobster a must - cant go wrong with their house specialities - sauces add flavour without over powering, bursts of flavour in each bite and food beautifully designed. Great customer service and very attentive staff, however reception staff on departure could be more warm. Good selection of desserts, their version of cheese cake is a must! Portions are a bit small so one does need two mains for one person. Ambience was great and a good vibe, probably the best Japanese in London.

A ruined evening. Hoping to spend the evening chatting with old friends, we spent it instead enduring the ear-splitting music/noise being played over the speakers. Asking the waiter to turn down the volume brought no relief. An excruciating experience. Will never darken their doors again.

Very good food and an attentive service team. If the prices are fine for you, absolutely worthwhile to go. Booking in advance is a must.

Zuma has an amazing design and atmospheres create for each space, it's a full experience since you arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a pricy place but I think is totally worth it for the experience. I would recommend for a special occasion to come there to celebrate.

The Lobster and sushi were amazing but the salmon and wagyu tataki weren’t great at all.

Great experience overall. I had lunch in the Glade room and was able to visit the other rooms after eating. Food was good, cocktails were great, service was great and atmosphere was amazing! Price was comparable to any restaurant of this type. Was worth it for the experience. Would recommend!

Food was pretty good, nice flavours and and a variety of choices. However it is quite loud and hectic, with club-like music and loud guests trying to yell over the music. Service was great, staff was nice. However, when we were first given our plates, they smelled very fishy, which was off putting. Has potential.

Unfortunate that we couldn't get a proper table in the restaurant as they were fully booked, and the lounge seating which was available to us was extremely loud. Absolutely loved the food - Zuma does not fail to deliver on quality of food and service!

Very difficult place for me to review.5* - people watching at the bar with some good drinks and small plates is a great way to spend the evening. 1* - reasonably good chance I got food poisoning here. It was the sickest I can remember being as an adult. The manager graciously offered to have me and a guest back, but I got locked out of my email shortly after and never ended up redeeming.3* - seems a sensible middle ground. I intend to revisit one day and update my review accordingly.

An impromptu visit with a friend. We sat at the bar for a couple of hours. A really nice atmosphere with very attentive staff. The only gripe I will say I had is that my Old fashioned was pre-made - that's cheating!! Apart from that, definately worth a visit.

Went 7 years ago again last week, pretty much the same but still high quality food and drinks, service at the bar could be a tad better but overall good.

The food here is fantastic. Slightly pricey but well worth the cost. Everything was fresh and to the highest standard. Very impressive place.

This place is one of my favorites! Reasonable pricing, big dishes and the employees are always friendly.

We had the tasting menu which was absolutely exceptional. Every bite we had was incredible. Wine prices were a bit steep but delicious. Fun, informal atmosphere with some excellent Knightsbridge people-watching!

Zuma is Zuma...the big spenders have gone and they have adapted...all the staff so friendly Barr one or 2 who still judge you by appearance...looking at you up and down...No need...I spend a couple of grand on a meal but only 30 quid on a shirt as o don't need to impress anyone with materialistic things...times have changed..can't wear my Rolex my arm get chopped off...can't drive my Gallardo I get jacked or followed home...can't talk loud I get mugged in the toilet....have no choice but to keep low profile!!!
